1⃣️ Materials of LiPo Battery

The graphite, pure water & lithium cobalt oxide we purchase from quality material suppliers are put into a vacuum high-speed stirring machine more than 12 hours to ensure that the density of the entire cylinder of raw materials.

2⃣️ Coating of LiPo Battery

High-precision thermostatic coating machine and laser keep the same thickness tolerance less than 0.5mm.

3⃣️ Sheet of Li Po Battery

Precision automatic roll machine to ensure the height of the pole piece of the same thickness; ultrasonic welding makes pole piece and perfect pole combination, welding firm, low resistance. Hundreds of points knife mold, so you no longer need to open a small batch of the mold trouble.

4⃣️ Wrapping of LiPo Battery

We bought the aluminum-plastic film from Japan without wrinkles, rupture. The automatic winding machine makes the consistency of the core volume. The high-temperature sealing machine seals the edge of the LiPo battery to insulate air moisture.

5⃣️ Baking of LiPo Battery

Our vacuum roasters bake the LiPo Batteries under 75-80 degrees more than 36 hours adequately.

6⃣️ Aging & grading of LiPo Battery

Constant temperature cabinet activates the lithium polymer battery. High-precision cabinet tests the real capacity & curve of each cell.

7⃣️ Assembling of LiPo Battery

The point inspection for internal resistance & voltage before assembling PCM, wires & connector. We do another testing again for the above items after collecting.

8⃣️ Packing of LiPo Battery

Checking each the surface of battery & quantity when we put them into the groove of plastic trays. All trays are fixed by wrapping film without rocking. Sturdy cartons are fit for internal shipment by air or by sea.
